With a degree in Therapeutic Counselling and an extensive background in Leadership Development, Conflict Prevention and Inter-Personal Communication, Rick’s non-judgmental wisdom, insight and global thinking has become a catalyst for personal growth and development in a wide range of public and private sectors.
