As a founding partner of miruspoint Facilitators Inc., and in her roles of Facilitator and Trainer, Lynn embodies a unique blend of compassionate insight and pragmatic wisdom as she draws upon her wide-ranging experience in the worlds of counselling, consulting, training and management. Lynn’s extensive background in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy has had a profound and indelible impact on the development of the miruspoint approach.
Expanding on Choice Theory’s precepts, miruspoint processes impart a deep understanding of internal motivation for behaviour so that individuals live in greater freedom as they focus on personal responsibility in every outcome. Lynn’s unswerving dedication to awakening the courage to change and creating quality personal and work environments is steeped in a Master’s Degree in Social Work, specialized concentration in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and twenty years of private counselling and training practice.
